FRAMED ART RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
ArtBeat Creation’s framed art pieces are unique and produced within 24 hours once ordered. Please be sure you have selected the correct print, color and size before placing your order. We do not accept returns and exchanges for wrong size, color, or simply a change of mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, ArtBeat Creation offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
If there is a defect or if you receive a damaged product, please provide a clear photo showing the issue and email it to us at support@artbeatcreation.com. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

ArtBeat Creation will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color or changed their mind.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued for defective products that have been returned to us. If your product is defective, you may request a return label at support@artbeatcreation.com.
